About Us and our Services :Our program components are designed to motivate individuals to look for housing and stable employment. We provide aftercare when permanent housing is found as well as make referrals to community resources when needed. Any donations of any kind is greatly appreciated. Winter Hours Monday - Saturday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Wet Center Clients can come in for a place to stay and they do not have to be sober. The doors are open to everyone as long as they follow the rules. There are no weapons allowed, no alcohol or drugs are allowed in the building, no swearing, and no violence. Shoes and coats must be given up at the door. These items will be returned once the client leaves. Once a client does leave they are not allowed to return to First Step until the next day. Clients are seperated by gender and have to sit upright with and they can place their head on the table to sleep. After midnight you must have a police escort to come to First Step. The Wet Center is opened: November 1st - April 1st 7:00 pm - 6:00 am
